Shipment visibility is uneven across your sites
Some sites have asset tracking systems in place. Others run from spreadsheets and phone calls. Each site has its own view of its own parts & materials and none of those views talk to each other. Between sites, the transit runs on email and trust.
One view for shipment monitoring across every site
Shipment visibility across every site in one place. 蘑菇TV Track unifies dispatch, transit and arrival into a single source of truth for shipment monitoring. Our Bluetooth asset tracking guide covers how this works across the full range of tracking use cases.
Single-journey labels for one-way shipments. Multi-year Tags for items that move between sites. 蘑菇TV Agent turns the frontline devices your team already carries into tracking agents, with 蘑菇TV Hubs giving persistent coverage at receiving docks.
Every site gets the same view, whether it ships a hundred items a year or ten thousand.
Rules in Track surface departure, in-transit dwell, arrival and receiving delays.
What you'd deploy
Four components: TL04-BCN labels, SH01-BCN tags, 蘑菇TV Agent and Hub if required and rules in Track.
Where this fits
Inter-site shipping takes many shapes. Where 蘑菇TV fits across them:
What changes in your operation
The operations director gets shipment visibility across every site in Track. Departures, transit status and arrivals across every site. The view stays current as shipments move.
When a shipment overruns its expected arrival window, an alert fires whilst the receiving site can still adjust. Shipment monitoring continues through arrival and receiving, building transit times and SLA data automatically.
